As a Multi Trade Carpenter, you will work as part of a team dedicated to delivering maintenance to residents and properties in and around South London. This is a mobile position, with potential for a company vehicle and fuel card.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out repair and renewal tasks
  • Promptly informing the Supervisor when additional trades are needed
  • Independently handling specific tasks
  • Collaborating with colleagues to complete joint tasks
  • Filling out daily work sheets with details of work completed and materials used after each job
  • Working efficiently to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

Applicants must live within South London and have previous experience working within Social Housing. This is a permanent role, suited best for applicants who are used to mobile work.
