Role Overview:
LTF Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated Classroom Supervisor to support a Secondary School in managing student learning effectively.

Working Days:
Monday to Friday

Compensation:
£400 - £450 weekly take-home pay

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise students as they engage with pre-assigned work from absent educators.
  • Ensure that students remain focused and complete their tasks across various subjects, including Mathematics, English, and Science.
  • Support the academic progress of learners while upholding the school's behavior management policies.

Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for individuals who can commit to a full-time schedule and demonstrate flexibility in engaging with diverse subjects within the curriculum. Ideal candidates will possess:
  • Experience working with children, whether in educational settings or through roles such as sports coaching or youth mentoring.
