About the Role

We are seeking a talented Solicitor to join our Regulatory team at DAC Beachcroft. As a key member of our team, you will work on a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious regulatory issues for a variety of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on a busy and varied caseload, encompassing regulatory issues for clients including investigations and prosecutions by regulatory bodies.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, demonstrating a high level of knowledge and skill in regulatory law.
  • Assist with business development activities, developing and establishing work streams for the firm.
  • Demonstrate sound file management, including compliance with DAC Beachcroft protocols and client protocols.
  • Assume responsibility for quality control and benchmark compliance on your caseload.
  • Maintain an understanding of other practice areas and an active internal network.
  • Maintain and develop technical knowledge through training sessions, publications, and exceeding Law Society CPD requirements.
Requirements
  • 0-3 years PQE with experience gained within a regulatory and/or commercially focused environment.
  • Experience of advising on regulatory work, including HSE/Police investigations, witness interviews, and prosecutions.
  • Some experience of business development and building client relationships.
  • Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and technical skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to exceed budgetary requirements in terms of time and fee income.
  • Alignment with the Firm's Cultural Principles (Clear, Creative, Determined, and Supportive).
