About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Escalator Engineer to join our team in Major Repairs and Modernisation to cover the whole UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our escalators and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on escalators to ensure they are in good working order
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall efficiency
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
  • Relevant NVQ3 qualification in escalators
  • Proven experience in escalator maintenance and repair
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Clean UK driving licence
