About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Gardener to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our Gardening team, you will be responsible for maintaining and presenting the homes' gardens and grounds to the highest standard.

As a Gardener, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

  • General gardening duties, including planting, pruning, and weeding
  • Maintenance of gardening machinery and tools
  • Painting of external fencing and garden furniture
  • Assisting with salt gritting and snow clearance as required

You will work closely with our Estates team to ensure the gardens and grounds are well-maintained and presented.

About You

We are looking for a Gardener who is:

  • Experienced in gardening and horticulture
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Committed to providing excellent customer service

You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including care homes and community gardens.
