Working HoursThis role operates Monday to Friday, with every other Saturday morning from 8 AM to 12 PM.
Key Responsibilities- Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients, engaging with them face-to-face and over the phone.
- Understand customer requirements and provide proactive advice and tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Manage accounts that have been inactive and work towards re-engaging them.
- Drive sales growth by connecting with both new and existing customers.
- Exhibit a proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to your work.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer service excellence.
- Utilize IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
