Head of Marketing, Universal Business Team
Salary Range: £70,000 - £90,000 (negotiable based on expertise)

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (with some flexibility)

In this role, you will take charge of formulating and executing extensive marketing strategies across multiple brands.

  • Designing and implementing marketing initiatives to elevate product promotion and brand presence.
  • Managing and supervising the marketing budget with a strong emphasis on return on investment.
  • Overseeing both digital and traditional marketing avenues, including promotional content and event organization.
  • Conducting market analysis to gain insights into customer behavior and industry trends.
  • Leading and expanding the marketing team.
  • Collaborating with sales and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in a senior marketing capacity, particularly within the B2B landscape. You should demonstrate strong team leadership abilities and the capacity to inspire and enhance team performance. Extensive experience in crafting and executing marketing strategies is essential.
