Job Title: Clinical Nurse Specialist - Haemoglobinopathy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Haemoglobinopathy Service. The successful candidate will have a strong background in haemoglobin disorders and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist knowledge and care to patients diagnosed with haemoglobinopathies
  • Implement national policies on haemoglobinopathies at a local level
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Band 6 RN in a relevant specialty
  • Working knowledge and experience of manual red cell exchange and/or automated red cell exchange transfusions
  • Haemoglobin Disorders postgraduate course or Advanced assessment and history taking course
