About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Consultant to join our team at Ayming UK. As a key member of our innovation management team, you will be responsible for providing specialist advice to our clients on R&D tax reliefs, including technical, tax, and financial aspects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients and targets to discuss R&D reliefs, including finance and senior technical contacts.
  • Interview in-house technical staff to assess eligibility for R&D reliefs.
  • Work with clients to gather financial, HR, and other data to facilitate relief calculations.
  • Prepare and review structured reports in support of claims, including descriptions of R&D projects and eligibility.
  • Contact and liaise with HM Revenue and Customs on behalf of clients.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and language skills.
  • Experience of writing technical documentation and professional correspondence.
  • Relevant background in technical or financial fields.
  • Ability to understand and communicate effectively with researchers and developers.
