Electrical Design Engineer Apprenticeship Opportunity

Torchlight Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking recent graduates with a degree in design engineering to join their team as Electrical Design Engineer Apprentices.

This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals to develop their skills in electrical design and work on various MOD and Defence projects. The company provides a structured career path with a dedicated graduate trainer and opportunities for continued learning and development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design packages such as Revit and AutoCAD, as well as the ability to interpret construction and engineering drawings and 3D modeling. An understanding of electrical design is essential, and experience in the building services industry is desirable.

The successful candidate will be passionate about design and eager to create new concepts and ideas while developing their skills in a busy and exciting working environment. Based at the Portsmouth office, there will be opportunities for international travel and a competitive salary of £27,500 - £30,000 + benefits.

Please note that all candidates will be required to undergo Security Clearance for the role, which will include reference checks and a criminal record check.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in design engineering
