We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) team as an EDI and Staff Networks Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and growth of the EDI team and Staff Networks, ensuring effective communication and successful implementation of follow-up actions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local and national equality and diversity networks and agencies, creating effective forums and communication channels that highlight the trust's work.
  • Coordinate activities for the seven Staff Networks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Establish effective communication lines with suppliers and training providers, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.
  • Manage the invoice process, monitoring outstanding orders, and ensuring accurate tracking of delivery statuses and timelines.
  • Develop and facilitate opportunities for Staff Networks to actively contribute to decision-making processes.
  • Ensure feedback mechanisms are established so that Staff Networks are aware of the impact they have made, including the formulation of case studies that can celebrate success.
  • Support the recruitment, learning, and development of co-chairs within the Staff Networks, as applicable.
