Nigel Wright Group is seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to lead the firm's ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, and GDPR compliance programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the firm's information security risk assessment programme and working closely with the IT team to provide advice and consultancy on information security implications of system upgrades.
The Role
- Develop and implement information security strategies and initiatives, including risk assessments and mitigation plans.
- Advise on the drafting and embedding of information security policies and monitor compliance.
- Assist with the assessment of cyber security risks and mitigation initiatives.
- Contribute to the firm's cyber security and information security incident response plans.
- Work with the Director of Risk & Compliance to ensure effective information security management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the firm's ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, and GDPR compliance programmes.
- Develop and implement information security strategies and initiatives.
- Provide advice and consultancy on information security implications of system upgrades.
- Assist with the assessment of cyber security risks and mitigation initiatives.
- Contribute to the firm's cyber security and information security incident response plans.
Requirements
- Proven experience in information security management, including risk assessments and mitigation plans.
