Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our young students.

Job Role
  • Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to our Early Years students.
  • Lead small groups of children in learning activities, promoting positive outcomes and progress.
  • Work collaboratively with the Early Years team to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Working Pattern

This is a full-time, fixed-term position until 31st August 2025.

Contract Type

Fixed-term contract until 31st August 2025.

Salary/Grade

Grade 4, £11.98 per hour.

Required Skills and Experience

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about education and has a non-judgmental attitude. You should be flexible, have excellent teamwork skills, and be able to work effectively with children and staff.
