About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Worker - Senior to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing practical support and care to our residents, as well as leading and managing a team of care staff. Your experience in the sector will enable you to understand the needs of our residents and provide tailored support to meet their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including practical assistance with daily living tasks
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff, allocating work and organizing rotas to ensure effective care delivery
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, including performance management and training
  • Develop and implement individual care plans, working closely with residents and their families
