We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Specsavers in Uckfield. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring financial and performance goals are met, and developing commercial opportunities.
About the Role- Lead by example and inspire others to strive for excellence in customer care.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staff recruitment and induction.
- Develop commercial opportunities and ensure financial and performance goals are met.
- Support the recruitment and induction of new staff members.
- Must have optical experience and solid knowledge of what an excellent store looks like.
- Organized, approachable, and supportive leadership style.
- Ability to motivate and encourage the wider team.
