Software Developer - AI Trainer (Contract) Position

We are seeking a skilled programmer to join our team at Study International as an AI Training Specialist. In this role, you will work with our chatbots to measure their progress, write and evaluate code, and develop diverse problems and solutions for a coding chatbot.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement high-quality coding problems and solutions for our chatbots
  2. Write clear and concise code snippets and explanations
  3. Evaluate code quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

Requirements:

  1. Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
  2. Proficient in at least one programming language
  3. Detail-oriented
  4. Excellent writing and grammar skills
  5. A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress)

Benefits:
