Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for helping to manage the team, train and coach staff, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in managing the team during peak periods
  2. Train and coach staff to ensure high-quality service
  3. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
  4. Serve food and drinks with a smile
  5. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food
  6. Contribute to floor operations, including running food, clearing tables, and taking orders

Requirements
  1. Previous experience as a Waitress/Waiter/Bartender is desirable but not essential
  2. A fun and engaging customer-oriented approach, with excellent service standards
  3. Enthusiasm and a collaborative approach to working in a team
  4. Eligibility to work in Australia
