What You'll Be Doing

As a Director of Data, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a Group-led data strategy
  • Migrating to a unified cloud data provider and BI tool
  • Developing standardized processes for franchise operations
  • Ensuring seamless integration of acquired entities
  • Building a unified Tech-Data team
  • Working closely with commercial data leads in the business
  • Fostering a business-led mindset in data product development
  • Leading data and AI transformation initiatives
  • Establishing and maintaining robust data governance frameworks
  • Developing and managing the annual budget for the data and AI function
Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • 15+ years of business experience, ideally in business management, legal, financial, or information or IT management
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience in integrating complex cross-corporate processes and information strategies
