Support Services Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Services Supervisor to join our team at Sodexo. As a Support Services Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer-focused services across the site to meet the needs of patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for the delivery of high-quality customer-focused catering and cleaning services across the site to meet the needs of visitors and staff.
- Effectively manage the services and teams to deliver and maintain a high-quality service.
- Assist with administrating payroll via Kronos month-end procedures and maintenance of personnel records.
- Deliver the highest possible standard of Food service and environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Assist the Manager in the preparation and completion of menu planning, ordering, and stock control.
- Walk the floor during service periods to ensure that excellent levels of service are being delivered.
- Manage and deliver effective and efficient services that meet contractual obligations, KPIs, and agreed company policies and procedures.
We offer a competitive salary of £27,500pa - £28,000pa, plus an excellent benefits package. You will also have access to ongoing training and development programs, and countless opportunities to grow within the company.
Requirements- A good knowledge and experience of a similar function.
- Good communication skills.
- Good work ethics working within a time scale, and progressive thinking.
- Relevant craft skills and qualifications - Food Safety Level 3, IOSHH or similar.
- Proven experience of leading a team within a comparable service environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, colleagues, clients.
- Understanding of relevant Health and Safety, Employment, and other legislative requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to standards.
- Proven IT skills, ability to demonstrate working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
