BoxChilli Digital Marketing is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of SEO to lead and develop client strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimising websites for search engines, driving organic traffic growth and improving search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic growth for a diverse range of clients
* Lead a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance management
* Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
* Monitor and report on SEO performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
* Optimise on-page elements, including meta tags, content and internal linking, to enhance search engine visibility
* Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content strategies
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithms and SEO best practices
* Perform technical SEO audits and provide recommendations for website improvements

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or,
* Proven experience as an SEO professional with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role
* Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console
* Demonstrated experience in e-commerce, content optimisation and technical SEO
* Strong communication and project management abilities
* Ability to lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists
* A passion for staying updated on SEO trends and best practices
