**Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical support for our network infrastructure, ensuring the optimal performance and availability of our systems. This will involve:

  • Addressing infrastructure support issues and resolving technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining and managing the overall performance and availability of our Classified networks and other hosted systems.
  • Providing support to users at all levels of the organization, including technical guidance and training as needed.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure our systems remain secure and efficient.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have:

  • Experience with Juniper devices, Citrix App Delivery Controller (formerly Netscaler), Junos SPACE, SolarWinds Products, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong technical skills, including network infrastructure management, patch management, network monitoring, and upgrades and maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A valid DV clearance, as this role requires access to classified information.
