Siamo Recruitment is seeking dedicated Yard Operatives to join our team.
Our client, a leader in the renewable energy sector, is expanding its workforce and is in need of skilled Yard Operatives with either a Reach Truck license or Telehandler training.
It is essential for candidates to be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, as the majority of the tasks will be performed on a private site.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary starting at £16.00 per hour.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday.
- Hours: 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
- Weekly payment.
- Temp-to-perm opportunities.

- All necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided.
Key Requirements:
- Valid Reach Truck or Telehandler license.
- Experience in outdoor work involving wood.
- Full UK Driving License required due to the job location.
- Forestry experience is advantageous.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collecting logs.
- Bagging cut logs, sawdust, and other materials.
- Operating machinery for log cutting.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the yard on a daily basis.
- Following health and safety protocols diligently.

- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
- Eager to learn and develop new skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
