This role offers you the flexibility to manage family obligations, vacations, and achieve the work-life balance you desire.

Responsibilities of a Special Needs Educational Support Assistant:

• Provide individualized and small group assistance to students with special needs
• Execute customized learning strategies and modified teaching resources

Qualifications for a Special Needs Educational Support Assistant:

• Patience, compassion, and a genuine passion for working with children (essential)
• Experience with special educational needs (preferred, but not mandatory)

What we provide at Term Time Teachers:

• Excellent referral program - earn £75 for every Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant you refer, and £125 for every teacher. This could total £1200 tax-free each academic year if you refer one of each every term.

• A dedicated Special Needs Consultant at Term Time Teachers who will facilitate communication between you and the educational institution.

Details about the Special Needs Educational Support Assistant position:
This role is equivalent to £425-£500 per week for full-time work. Daily rates depend on qualifications and experience.

Working hours are from 30pm Monday to Friday. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Contract positions are available. The role involves working with Key Stages 1-4 (Years 1-11, ages 5-16).

Qualifications required include GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or Level 5 and above.
