Job Overview

LRA Search is seeking a skilled and reliable Front Desk Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the front of house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and supporting the daily activities of the team.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Manage the front desk, including answering phones, greeting clients, and handling correspondence
* Coordinate meetings and events, including setting up meeting rooms and arranging catering
* Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively
* Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment

Requirements

* 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
