As a Registered Nurse Associate, you will be responsible for providing hands-on care to patients, supporting their day-to-day needs, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing clinical procedures, and documenting patient information.
  • Support patients in achieving their goals and discharge plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and address patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines.

Requirements
  • NMC PIN registration
  • Experience in a community or hospital setting
  • English GCSE or equivalent
