We are seeking an experienced Head of Corporate Property to join our team at Goodman Masson. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for efficiently managing our property portfolio, including rent reviews, lease renewals, lettings, inspections, dilapidation surveys, and valuations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the property portfolio, ensuring optimal resource allocation and alignment with corporate goals.
- Develop and implement an integrated asset management planning framework and asset management plan.
- Lead complex estate management initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs within the property portfolio.
- Ensure asset valuations are conducted and the Property Asset Register is certified by a RICS valuer.
We are looking for an experienced property professional with a strong commercial background in asset management. You will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex property portfolios and delivering cost savings.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of property law and regulations.
