About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of chefs and front-of-house staff in the preparation and serving of high-quality food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the preparation and serving of food to the highest standard
  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs and front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Develop and implement menu planning and stock control strategies to minimize waste and maximize profitability
  • Prepare and cook meals for customers, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard
  • Manage production and food levels to ensure minimal waste and optimize inventory
  • Place orders and maintain accurate records of stock levels and waste
  • Conduct daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Provide training and coaching to new team members to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team
  • Excellent culinary skills, with the ability to prepare and cook a wide range of dishes to the highest standard
  • Enhanced DBS clearance, as required by the company
