Digital Business Analyst

The UK Digital Trading TeamThe UK Digital Trading team is driving our broker digital trading strategy, defining product, technology, distribution, and service requirements. Central to the team is delivering and owning products on various digital trading platforms, working with strategic brokers and scheme opportunities. This role will span the project lifecycle, from initial concept to successful implementation, including testing and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Support the full project lifecycle, from scoping to delivery and benefits realisation processes for product deliveries.
- Become a subject matter expert on a chosen digital trading platform, evaluating business operations and processes to identify technical solutions that improve business performance.
- Build strong, productive relationships with the business, IT, and third-party stakeholders.
- Support the delivery of digital trading projects in line with the Hiscox Change Delivery Framework and the Digital Trading Governance Framework to realise business benefits and achieve service and process improvements.
- Proven experience in eliciting, documenting, and delivering high-quality business analysis deliverables.
- The ability to combine influencing, persuasion, and consultancy skills with leadership qualities that encourage stakeholders to respond positively to questions, enquiries, and requests to meet deadlines.
