Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Finance Analyst to join our Coverage & Advisory team for Nordic clients. The successful candidate will contribute to the origination and provision of financial advisory, structured finance, investment banking, and M&A services.
The primary tasks of the Corporate Finance Analyst will include:
- Assisting with marketing pitch preparation and research.
- Assisting with financial modeling and credit analysis in respect of finance transactions.
- Gathering and analyzing financial data, reporting variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Liaison with Risk, Structuring desks, Legal, Syndication, Compliance, MO, and BO operations.
- Assisting the team as assigned, to develop knowledge of clients and their needs.
- Maintaining awareness of all economic and financial data and any other important factors likely to affect the client base and products being marketed.
- Adhering to and understanding risks to the bank and the client resulting from successful conclusion of transactions.
- Maintaining and developing product knowledge. Completing all mandatory training as required to maintain competence.
- Complying with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal Compliance requirements as issued from time to time.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a Master 2 degree and a strong interest in financial markets. The ideal candidate will have previous internships within the finance/investment banking area and possess excellent relationship-building skills, team spirit, commitment, and flexibility. Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) and knowledge of Nordic languages are advantageous.
