About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Supervisor to join our Retail team at REISS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our stockroom, supporting our stores in achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels are up-to-date and discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
- Process stock deliveries, ensuring all items are received and stored correctly, and that stockroom standards are maintained.
- Coordinate the replenishment of stock throughout the day, ensuring size availability is maintained and stock is rotated effectively.
- Process stock recalls and returns, ensuring that our stock returns standards and policy are adhered to.
- Support the processing of Fulfil From Store picks and prepare them for collection, ensuring our company find rate target is achieved.
- Conduct daily inventory scans and maintain stock file accuracy through regular adjustments.
- Support the management of faulty stock and returns, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom environment, ensuring that stock is stored and rotated effectively to minimize damage.
