About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Domestic Assistant to join our team at One Retail. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • High and low dusting, mopping, wiping, and scrubbing surfaces to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Cleaning of wards, side rooms, toilets, showers, infected, and public areas to maintain high hospital standards.
  • Ensuring rubbish bins are maintained and removed when full, and adhering to all Health & Safety guidelines.
  • Maintaining a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business, working individually and as part of a team.
  • Communicating effectively with patients, visitors, and healthcare staff to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Passionate about patient care and committed to delivering outstanding cleaning services.
  • Confident working in a hospital environment and aware of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Able to work as part of a team and contribute to the success of the business.
