Management Accountant

Choralis is a highly successful Hospitality business that generates revenues in excess of £30m. With multiple sites in the UK, the company continues to experience rapid growth and now requires a part-qualified accountant to support the finance team.
The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Financial Controller with the preparation of the management Accounts pack. Key responsibilities include:
- Month and year-end accounting
- Cash flow forecasting
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Financial reporting
- Assisting with budget preparation and variance analysis
- Profit and margin analysis
- Overseeing bank reconciliations
- Maintaining sales and payment accounts
- Ensuring Trial Balances are clean and accurate
We are seeking an AAT graduate or part-qualified finalist with at least 2-3 years of previous management accounting experience. The ideal candidate will be well-presented, confident, and outgoing, with the ability to engage with senior management and support the finance team with a range of accounting projects. A keen interest in qualifying with CIMA or ACCA and a desire to gain all-round exposure to the preparation and presentation of the management accounts pack is essential. The successful candidate will be comfortable getting involved, investigative, results-driven, and possess good all-round Excel skills, with ideally some exposure to Sage or Xero.
