About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Corporate Broking operation in Llantrisant. As a key member of our team, you will provide leadership and support to a team of 11 experienced Corporate Account Managers, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to manage the process and performance of the team.
  • Deliver a high-quality service to clients at all times.
  • Champion compliance and adhere to internal and external regulations.
  • Provide technical support to Gallagher colleagues.
  • Seek opportunities to improve business knowledge, capability, and personal development.
  • Act as the main escalation point for the team and support in resolving issues.
  • Manage and allocate workloads to ensure standards are maintained.
  • Conduct regular 1-2-1s and annual performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Champion data integrity and ensure accurate data entry into our broking platforms.
About You

We are looking for a Team Leader with experience in corporate insurance, preferably with a Chartered Insurance Institute qualification. You should have a strong understanding of the commercial insurance industry and be able to work to targets within a regulated framework. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to build and maintain rapport with colleagues and clients.
