Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with residents and their families to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-level person-centred care to residents, working collaboratively with the care team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Act as a key worker/manager to care staff on shift, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standard of care is maintained.
  • Liaise with other healthcare professionals and relatives to achieve the best possible outcomes for each resident.
  • Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents, and visitors, adhering to Health and Safety and CQC requirements, and ensuring thorough and up-to-date records are kept for each resident.
