Retail Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Business Analyst to join our Retail Business Consulting Services team. As a Retail Business Analyst, you will contribute to the design and delivery of major transformation programmes, including designing new operating models, building business cases, and providing clear business-focused recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business processes to support system re-design and process improvement projects.
  • Test hypotheses effectively and support the development of new opportunities.
  • Support clients' objectives for transformation by assessing current processes, operating models, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Retail experience and a solid understanding of our clients' markets and their challenges.
  • Knowledge of Commercial or Space, Range and Display processes.
  • IT skills include Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and mobile digital platforms.
  • Ability to articulate and perform clear communications to mixed audiences.
