Join our dynamic team at Lockton, the world's largest privately held independent insurance broker, and take on the exciting challenge of leading our Employee Benefits Team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a small team of analysts, supporting consultants with day-to-day client needs, and working closely with senior consultants to develop and implement new administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of analysts to ensure seamless client relationships, benefit reviews, and administration
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts to ensure consistent processes
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across the analyst function
  • Support the implementation of process and system changes to improve efficiency and quality
  • Provide guidance to analysts on handling errors, problems, and disputes
  • Ensure process maps and administration guides are up-to-date and accessible
  • Conduct annual audits of administration processes and quality checks
  • Delegate tasks to analysts as needed and prepare client reports and data sets
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, and internal colleagues to ensure compliance and internal controls
Requirements:
  • Experience in insurance or intermediary environments, preferably with a focus on private healthcare and group risk
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with team members and external contacts
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
