This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis for the right candidate.


  • Position: Facilities Coordinator
  • Location: Tameside Area
  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience
  • Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm; Friday, 8am to 4pm

The responsibilities of the Facilities Coordinator will encompass, but are not limited to:


  • Overseeing the schematic layout of the premises
  • Conducting regular fire extinguisher servicing and testing
  • Performing routine smoke alarm inspections
  • Monitoring the list of first aiders on site
  • Acting as the primary contact for alarm service providers to address any issues
  • Issuing access key fobs to new staff members
  • Documenting site-related issues, changes, or required maintenance
  • Coordinating outsourced repairs and site work as necessary
  • Maintaining essential site documentation
  • Managing ongoing evaluations for site enhancements
  • Conducting site safety and access inductions

The ideal candidate for the Facilities Coordinator role will possess the following qualifications:


  • Prior experience in a Facilities Coordination role
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Capability to manage individual workload effectively
