Howells Solutions Limited is in search of a proficient and dedicated Carpenter to become a vital member of our social housing maintenance team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that residents enjoy safe and well-maintained living environments. Your expertise will be applied to a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, significantly enhancing resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute carpentry repairs and maintenance within residential properties.
• Install, repair, and replace essential carpentry elements such as doors, windows, and cabinetry.
• Diagnose and evaluate housing-related issues, delivering effective solutions.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to prioritize and fulfill work orders.
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of all tasks.
• Maintain tools and equipment in optimal working condition.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards consistently.
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members.

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience as a Carpenter, ideally within the social housing sector or a related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.
• Skilled in the use of both hand and power tools.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant qualifications in Carpentry.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and obtain necessary certifications.
