Job Summary

As a Field Service Engineer at Philips, you will play a critical role in supporting the technical needs of our customers and customer service partners.

Key Responsibilities


  • \t
  • Provide expert technical advice and solutions to customers and colleagues at an advanced level.
    \t
  • Offer field-based and remote technical support to customers and colleagues in line with relevant training and experience.
    \t
  • Carry out corrective, preventative, installation, and field change order activities on complex healthcare systems.
    \t
  • Diagnose mechanical, hardware, and software system failures using established procedures and information.
    \t
  • Participate in an ongoing rotation with the Field Service Engineer team, providing customers with direct remote support in a 5 by 7 working pattern.
    \


About the Role

You will be part of a regional team of collaborative Field Service Engineers who work to the highest standards to ensure first-class service is delivered to our customer base while adhering to Quality & Regulatory standards in this heavily regulated industry.

Requirements


  • \t
  • HNC (NVQ Level 3/4) or Degree in Electro-engineering or equivalent highly desirable.
    \t
  • Deliver high levels of customer service.
    \t
  • Competent in IT/Network diagnosis/system connectivity/Remote service desirable.
