Clinical Psychologist for Older Peoples Services

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is a leading provider of mental health services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a Consultant Clinical Psychologist for Older Peoples Services, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with autism and mental health difficulties.
Key Responsibilities- Provide intensive support to individuals with autism and mental health difficulties, working in a formulation-led and recovery-oriented way.
- Supervise a small team of professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and treatment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to create a comprehensive care package for individuals with autism and mental health difficulties.
- Contribute to the development of services for individuals with autism, working closely with the Norfolk and Waveney Neurodevelopmental group.
- Support the wider CRHT team in their work with individuals with autism, providing consultation and training as needed.
- Doctoral-level training in clinical psychology, accredited by the British Psychological Society.
- Registration with the Health Care Professions Council as a Practitioner Psychologist.
- Post-doctoral training in one or more specialized areas of psychological practice.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and mental health difficulties.
- Experience exercising full clinical responsibility for individuals' psychological care and treatment.
