Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Spirit Operator to join our client in a production role. As a Spirit Operator, you will be responsible for blending, colouring, and drum/cask filling of spirits, as well as assisting with spirit transfers and completing relevant paperwork and updating records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Blending and Filling Operations: Blend, colour, and fill drums and casks with spirits, ensuring accurate measurements and quality control.
  • Spirit Transfers: Assist with the transfer of spirits between containers, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production activities, including inventory management and quality control checks.
  • System Operations: Utilize SCADA and flow-log systems to monitor and control production processes.

Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: Possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate and efficient production processes.
  • Teamwork and Independence: Demonstrate ability to work effectively within a team and independently, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience and Skills: Possess at least 1 year of experience in a similar environment, with the ability to multi-task effectively and adapt to changing production demands.
