The Senior Affiliate Executive is responsible for the growth of the affiliate channel and performance across the UK, focused on four key sites:

  • Collaborate with trading teams to support overall performance.
  • Monitor and analyze performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI), continually suggesting and implementing optimizations for ongoing growth.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to ensure activities are in line with the industry.
  • Provide support and training to new team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of performance marketing experience (ideally in Affiliate Marketing).
  • Expert understanding of the affiliate landscape, including publishers, advertisers, and affiliate networks.
  • Positive and excited by testing new innovations and technologies.
  • Able to take accountability for projects and deadlines.
  • Confident working with targets and data.
  • Professional agency management.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and reporting platforms.
