Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support.
  • Support the management team in areas such as medication and care plans.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure the dignity and preferences of our residents are respected and promoted.
Requirements
  • NVQ 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care.
  • Previous experience working at this level, with specific knowledge in caring for the elderly.
  • Experience in the administration of medications.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
