The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Practitioner to join our team. As a Care Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live happy, healthy, and quality lives. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional standards of care, working closely with our residents, their families, and our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
