About the Role

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our team at TJX Europe. As a Retail Associate, you'll be an ambassador for our business, providing exceptional customer service and creating a treasure hunt experience for our customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stockroom activities, ensuring a visually appealing store display.

About You
