Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with senior management, business development teams, project teams, design teams, and sub-contractors to maintain accurate and up-to-date project information.
  • Track and evaluate project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Apply agreed planning standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in programming software such as ASTA or Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective communication and coordination skills, presenting information to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar products.
  • Experience in scheduling, planning, and project management, with a strong understanding of programmes, baselines, critical path analysis, and rescheduling techniques.
