Retail Shift Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Shift Leader to join our team. As a Retail Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Full mileage or company car
  • Full time / permanent salaries available
  • Ongoing training
  • Progression opportunities
  • Paid holiday
  • Overseas opportunities

This role will involve working unsociable hours, working early mornings or night shifts, and requires flexible availability. The shift lengths may vary, and you will be travelling to a different client site each day.

Requirements:
  • A Full Driving License
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
