Job Title: Interim Estates Manager

We are seeking an experienced Interim Estates Manager to join our team at Catch 22. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our public buildings and ensuring they are fit for purpose.

About the Role

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering a competitive salary of around £50,000. The successful candidate will have a strong background in estate and facilities management, with experience of managing and delivering services in public buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level expertise in major capital programme tender and management
  • Manage and deliver facilities services in public buildings
  • Implement long-term operating systems and practices, including planned preventative maintenance schedules
  • Establish long-term supplier contracts and relationships
  • Implement operating practice changes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience of managing and delivering facilities services in public buildings
  • Strong knowledge of estate and facilities management
  • Ability to work with high-quality expectations and complex operating environments
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
