Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team at CBW Staffing Solutions. This role involves working within a prestigious financial institution, focusing on the maintenance and operational efficiency of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical, mechanical, and structural maintenance across various systems.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and fault-finding on electrical installations.
  • Manage lighting systems, including installation and maintenance tasks.
  • Oversee air conditioning units, ensuring optimal performance through regular maintenance.
  • Implement water treatment protocols, including temperature monitoring.
  • Proactively identify and report any faults in building services equipment.
  • Maintain flexibility in site attendance and adapt to varying tasks within your skill set.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Electrically qualified to level 3 (C&G, NVQ, etc.).
  • A proven history of working in commercial building maintenance.
