Our client, a dynamic brand in the health and wellness sector, is experiencing significant growth and boasts a vibrant community across various social media platforms. They are currently seeking a remote Social Media/Marketing Assistant with a strong background in social media management, particularly on TikTok. Experience with TikTok Shop/TikTok Business Centre is a prerequisite for consideration.
While the position is remote, occasional meetings in London for shoots or team gatherings may be required, so proximity to London is preferred. Effective communication is essential as you will be part of a large team, responsible for maintaining a busy content calendar and providing weekly reports on activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and nurturing relationships with influencers, regularly creating campaigns, and negotiating commissions and payments.
- Overseeing the marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Maintaining consistent communication with brand ambassadors to ensure an efficient posting schedule.
- Managing various social media accounts effectively.
- Distributing video assets to the performance marketing team.
- Monitoring CRM prospects and reporting weekly on campaign development activities.
- Staying updated with the latest TikTok trends is essential.
- Creating engaging content for use within the platform.
- Assisting the Marketing Manager and Director in designing and updating marketing materials in line with corporate brand guidelines.
- Collaborating with other brands to enhance product promotion.
Qualifications:
- A graduate with a 2:1 degree in any field.
- Strong experience with TikTok Shop and Business Centre is essential.
- A minimum of one year of solid experience in a marketing role focused on social media.
- Experience with CRM systems and reporting is required.
- Proven experience in content creation.
- Excellent written communication skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Monday, Motion, and Canva.
- Familiarity with Adobe design programs (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
